About

Inspired by the ministry of The Crucible Project, Ambassador Ministries is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2010 for the purpose of defending the oppressed and empowering all men and women to live to the fullest the life God has called them to live.

Although not affiliated with any church or denomination, Ambassador Ministries does operate from a Christian worldview, acknowledging that Jesus Christ is Lord of all Creation and that He seeks to draw all people to Him regardless of their social or economic condition, offering them grace, mercy, and compassion.

Meet the Board of Directors

Brian Hunt, Founder and President

Having experienced the ministry of The Crucible Project since 2006 and having completed an intense two year program through the ministry, Brian felt led to put his mission and desires into action to challenge others to grow into world-changers and to provide economic and social assistance to those in need.  Brian graduated from Grace College, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Science in Business, and has a vast array of business and financial experience.

Rebecca Hunt, Treasurer

While in college, Rebecca felt called to do something “big” with her life for Christ.  Her desire is to aid those who are hurting, oppressed, and helpless and to see others join in community to meet these needs.  Rebecca received her Master’s in Youth Development with an emphasis in not-for-profit organization from Michigan State University (2009) and her Bachelor of Science in Education from Huntington University (2003).

David Schoenfisch, Secretary

David has participated in The Crucible Project since 2005 and desires to see men and women to overcome their fear and to live life adventurously, following God’s purposes.  David is currently a high school Chemistry teacher and is living out his adventure in downtown Chicago.
